$67 Million Dollar Suit
Full Story
For those who don't want to read it, here is my version:
Judge Roy Pearson, a pompous jackass judge with way too much time on his hands decided to sue the owners of a dry cleaners because they could not locate his pants. He did not just complain, nor did he accept his pants in return when they were found a few weeks later. He took advantage of his position as a member of the Bar and as a Judge and filed a feraking ridiculous 67 million dollar lawsuit against people who cannot even afford to defend themselves.
He has rejected settlement offers of $3,000, $4,600, and $12,000. His calculation of getting to $67 million is quite ridiculous and it will not hold up in court. That is not the point. He is costing the defendants thousands of dollars (though I have a feeling the free publicity may help them out once the suit is dismissed or ends in one way or another).
Clearly this so-called judge could care less about the money. He is intent on ruining these people. He is either a racist or just a vindictive bastard, or most likely both. This guy needs to be removed from the bench, disbarred, and sodomized by a green, AIDS infected monkey in Africa.
The end.
